Living in England we often get a fair amount of rain but this doesn’t have to stop you getting out and about and entertaining those dogs.
More and more places have become pet friendly. It isn’t just pet shops anymore! Coffee shops, pubs, food markets and many, many more. On a wet wild day, you can still go out and explore different areas or after a quick wet, wild walk you can take shelter somewhere and dry off.
Exploring new areas is great for boosting puppy’s confidence. We want them to be able to deal with busy environments.
It’s also great for older dogs, giving them the opportunity to explore new areas, smells, sounds and sights. This in itself will help tire your dog out. It isn’t all about walking anymore!
